- I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 47 years. We have two children, a son and a daughter, now grown with children of their own (we have four grandchildren). I now spend a lot of my time with my hobbies (scrapbooking and genealogy), as well as church activities. My undergraduate degree is from Southwest Baptist University (MO), and my Master of Education degree is from Drury University (MO). Before retirement, as a public educator, I taught HS social studies and Eng, Kg, 5th gr, college Eng, college educ courses, and Gifted. I also worked for IBM K-12 Education, as a national product specialist. I taught private piano for many years. I love: Jesus Christ, my Redeemer and Master; my husband; my children and their spouses; my four grandchildren, each of whom is very special in unique ways; my extended family; my church; my friends; my doggie; my life. I like: my hobbies; puppies; teddy bears; coffee; spring days; autumn days; living in the woods; cooking; traveling with my husband; playing piano.
